Diploma Reprints & Replacements
Accidents happen — whether your original diploma was misplaced, damaged, or you need a new one printed with an updated name, we’re here to help you request a reprint from Helms College.

You can request a duplicate or replacement diploma for a $25.00 reprint fee, which includes standard mailing. Diploma covers may be purchased for an additional $15.00.

Turnaround Time: 3–5 business days from receipt of payment and completed form.

To order a replacement diploma, you’ll need to provide:

Your full name as it should appear on the diploma
Contact information
Mailing address for delivery

If you have a financial or academic hold on your student record, your diploma cannot be released until the hold is resolved.
