Helms College is offering a unique, three-day summer class for the aspiring home cook to hone their skills alongside our extraordinary Chef Instructors. Each day lessons will be offered covering the essentials of both Baking & Pastry and Culinary Arts, all culminating with a visit to our own Wrights Farm, where you will harvest and cook fresh produce from the fields.

Dates: July 13-15
Time: 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Attire: Closed-toe non-slip shoes, long pants, chef jacket, and apron (to be provided)
