Helms College, located in Macon and Augusta Georgia

Helms College is under the policy and administrative guidance of the Goodwill Industries of Middle Georgia and the CSRA Board of Directors' Education Committee. The Education Committee oversees the policies and management of Helms College to ensure that the needs of its students are met to the highest possible degree in the most cost-effective and efficient manner. The Dean of Hospitality Education and Dean of Student Services of Helms College have overall responsibility for the programs, faculty and staff and facilities.

The Deans are responsible for the administration of all certificate and training programs offered through Helms College. In conjunction with the Dean of Hospitality Education, instructors for each certificate program provide leadership for their respective areas.

The Dean of Student Services is responsible for the administration of the student recruitment, financial aid, admissions, student records, student counseling and guidance areas of the Institute.
